ECOA is an AI-native music label operated by Dachs Tecnologia Ltda, a company registered in Brazil. We are responsible for the little data described on this page. For anything privacy-related, write to fala@ecoa.art.

Almost nothing. ecoa.art has no sign-up, no accounts, no forms, no tracking cookies — and we run no analytics tools.

Our hosting provider processes basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for as long as needed to serve the pages safely — like any web server.

Our artists live on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the music platforms. When you interact with us there, that relationship is governed by each platform's own terms and privacy policies. Links on this site take you to those services.

To care for our artists' communities, we operate their official accounts with tools built on the platforms' official APIs or authorized providers. In practice: we read and reply to public comments on our own posts, moderate abusive content on them, and follow our own accounts' metrics.

We do not collect data from third-party profiles, do not scrape, do not build profiles about you, and do not sell data. Operational records of these interactions — say, which comments we already answered — are kept only while useful to run the label.

Data obtained through APIs is handled under each platform's developer terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms.

Brazil's LGPD grants you access, correction, and deletion of personal data, among other rights; if you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR ensures equivalent ones. Since we process so little, honoring a request is usually quick: fala@ecoa.art.
